Christmas Dinner & Dance Booking form

Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.

Final guest numbers and menu selections must be submitted using the form provided no later than 14 days before the event. These numbers will then be treated as confirmed, and full payment for all confirmed guests will be due at this time.

Guest Access
Access to The Loft is limited to guests included in the booking.

Cancellations
Once full payment has been made, cancellations are non-refundable. However, if we are able to resell the cancelled space, 90% of the amount paid for that space will be refunded.

Seating Arrangements
We will do our best to accommodate your seating preferences, but specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

We always finish promptly at the agreed time.

Damage to Property
You will be held responsible for the cost of any repairs required as a result of damage to our premises or equipment caused by the negligence, wilful actions or default of any member of your party or any guest invited by you.

Outside Drinks
Guests are not permitted to bring their own beverages into the function room or bar areas for consumption on the premises.
