General Manager

Hours: 45 hours over 5 days including weekends

Job type: Full time

Shifts: Flexible but including evenings and weekends

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £30,000-40,000

Quarterly Bonus: 10% of Salary per Quarter 

Annual Bonus: 5% of Annual profit if agreed target is reached 

Pension: 5% Employer contribution with additional 2.5% available

Holiday: 28 days per year plus option to earn additional days each year

The Kitchen & Bar at Whitelands Farm Sports Ground has opened applications for the role of General Manager. 

The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about continuing the business success as well as a desire to drive the business forward and maximise business opportunities .

The Kitchen & Bar at Whitelands is a family run independent café, bar and function room based in Bicester overlooking Whitelands Farm Sports Grounds. We opened in October 2022 and pride ourselves on locally sourced hand roasted coffee, homemade cakes and our famous Sausage rolls. We are the home of many local sports teams and our facility boasts an all weather 3G as well as three grass football pitches and two soon to be floodlit rugby pitches along with a large junior training area.

Our general manager role is a newly created position and not one for the fainthearted as we can often have up to 10 home fixtures over the weekend. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who will work closely with the owners of the business to drive and develop a much loved business at the heart of the local community.
